    All leases for new dealers are for six months. All sales are subject to a 12% commission charge.
    Please submit this application by fax (913.341.1685), email (info@missionroadantiquemall.com),
    or in person at your convenience or call if you have any questions. Once we have received your
    application, a manager will contact you regarding space availability appropriate to the needs you
    have indicated. If there isn't a space available immediately, don’t be discouraged. We routinely
    have a short waiting list for new dealers.
